RUSH Transportation/ Logistics was founded as a courier service on September 8, 1981 in Dayton, OH. Since that time, we have grown into a full service transportation and logistics service firm with service centers in Ohio (Cincinnati, Columbus, and Dayton).

The Xora GPS system provides vehicle and package tracking with position notifications to our dispatch team every 2-minutes.

Our e-mail confirmation system effectively notifies customers when the order is placed, when the package is picked up and dropped off with the name of the person who received the package.

Each driver undergoes an extensive recruitment, hiring and training process to ensure safe, processional handling of your delivery.

Our selective recruiting and hiring process enables us to hire drivers who will provide the highest quality and safest service to our customers. We require each of our drivers to meet a series of training requirements that include:

  • Two Days of Orientation
  • Criminal Background Checks
  • Hazardous Material Training
  • Blood Bourne Pathogen Training
  • CDL licensing for Class A&B Drivers
  • Pre-Employment and Random Drug Screens
