RUSH Transportation/Logistics was founded as a courier service on September 8, 1981 in Dayton, OH. Since that time, we have grown into a full service transportation and logistics service firm, with service centers in Ohio (Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton), and Indiana (Indianapolis).

Since our founding, our emphasis has been on providing the highest quality service to our customers. We continually strive to provide on-time shipment delivery, professional employees, and value to our customer's distribution process.

RUSH is an all-employee company. Our selective recruiting and hiring process enables us to hire employees who will provide the highest quality and safest service to our customers. We require each of our drivers to meet a series of training requirements that include:

  • Driving Test
  • DOT Physicals
  • Haz-Mat Training
  • Two Days of Orientation
  • Criminal Background Checks
  • Blood Borne Pathogen Training
  • CDL licensing for Class A&B Drivers
  • Pre-Employment and Random Drug Screens
  • National Safety Council Defensive Driving Course

In addition, each of our employees wear a complete RUSH uniform with ID badge.
